Aske asked StepUp to reimagine their task management product for a distributed workforce spread across Canada and the GCC. Fragmented user journeys, dated visuals, and a lack of mobile parity were hurting adoption. The brief: ship a unified experience that keeps teams aligned, surfaces progress to leadership, and supports offline-first workflows for on‑site consultants.
We ran mixed-method research with power users, rebuilt information architecture, and prototyped high-fidelity journeys that linked backlog grooming, sprint execution, and reporting. A new component library in Figma accelerated engineering handoff, while design tokens kept typography and dark-mode states consistent across native and web shells. Automation hooks push completion data into Slack and BI dashboards, giving leadership real-time visibility.
